WHEREAS;" on June 14, 1994, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance Nun%ber 94-32, which re-established the Sabal Lakes Planned Unit Development; and WHEREAS, Gregory Wardeberg of, representing Granite Development, L.C., petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to amend Ordinance Number 94-32, as set forth below; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida that: SECTION ONE: AMENDMENT TO SECTION 4.5 MINIMUM LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS.
