MASTER PLAN AND LAND USE SECTION~ SECTION ~ THREE, AMENDMENTS TO LAND USE REGULATIONS ~ FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY SECTION~ AND ~ SECTION FOUR, EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, on May 24, 1988, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, enacted Ordinance Number 88-50, which established the Uadaleta Planned Unit Development (PUD)~ and WHEREAS, on November 28, 1989, the Board of County Commissioners approved Ordinance Number 88-84, which subsequently amended the Gadaleta PUD~ and WHEREAS, the Community Development and ~nvironmental Services Division has advised the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, of certain omissions to procedural requirements attendant the adoption of said Ordinance Number 89-84 which are reflected in the amendments set forth below~ NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida that: , SECTION ONEs AMENDMa~TS TO CURRENT SONING SECTION Section 1.5 entitled "Current Zoning" of the Gadaleta Planned Unit Development, Ordinance No. 88-50, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: 1.5 Current Zoning A. The then current zoning is RMF-6 far Pzrcal ~, an~ A-2 Agricultural ~ and C-2. SECTION TWO! AMENDMENTS TO MASTER PLAN AND LA~D ~SE SECTION Section 2.3 entitled "Master Plan and Land Use" of the Gadaleta Planned Unit Development, Ordinance No. 88-50, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: 2.3 Master Plan and Land use A. The site plan consists of an= Parc=l ~ _..~.a.a__ land. vhich for the purpose of this PUD are divided two tracts. A & B beinu 17.28 and 2.0 acre~ respectively. XTIONS FOR THB SUBJEC~T PROPERTY SECTION Section 3.2 entitled "Permitted Principal Uses And Structures" of the Gadaleta Planned Unit Development Ordinance No. 88-50, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: 3.2 Permitted Principal Uses and Structures Tract A A. No building or structure, or part thereof shall be erected, altered or used, or land used, in whole or in part, rot other than the following: 1) Multi-Family Residences. 2) Group housing, patio housing and cjuster housing. (Development Plan Approval required - see Section 10.5 of Zoning Ordinance). 3) Town Houses (Development Plan Approval required - See Section 10.5 of Zoning Ordinance). 4) Ten (10) percent of the dwelling units constructed within Parcel "An as sho~rn on the conceptual master plan shall be developed to meet the requirements of the Affordable Housing Section of the Comprehensive Plan as was agreed to as a result of the ~pproval of Petition R-84-26C. 5) Model home units shall be permitted in conjunction with the promotion of the development. Such model home units shall be converted to residences upon the completion of the project unless otherwise specifically approved by the County. Tract B shall not exceed an area of two acres and may be developed with any of the uses listed under the C-2 zoning district. Section 2.2.13.2.1 of the Collier County land O~vel0Dment Code.
