variance for the' reque.ted' worle. on April 17. 1984 by adopting 1t..olut10n
84-74,
WHEREAS, Coutal Eosine_ring Consultanta, Ine. I on behalf of the
property owner and 1n r..pons. to . recommendation from the ataff of the
Florida DNR Dlvialon of Beech.. and Shores, ha. reque.tad a modification
to the original vartance to allow the construction of a pool and deck
within the approved varianee ana instead of the prevloully pet1l:l1tted
81ngle f&ally relldence;
WHEREAS I the requeued pool and deck can be considered expendable
structure. and therefore constitute a wiser use than the place.ent of ·
einl1e family residence in the aree ...ward of the Control Line; and
WHEREAS, the proposed alternate Itructures vill be built no aore
than 20 feet .eaward of the Control Line and therefore viII Itl11 be 25
