FLORIOA. BY PROVIDING FOR A SMALL SCALE AMENDMENT
TO THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP AND THE RANDALL
BOULEVARD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE GOLDEN
GATE AREA MASTER PLAN OF COLLIER COUNTY'S GROWTH
MANAGEMENT PLAN BY ADDING 2.38 ACRES TO THE RANOALL
BOULEVARD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT DESCRIBED AS THE
E.a~T 1/2 OF TRACT 54, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 23,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORO IN PLAT
BOOK 7, PAGES 9 AND 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; BY PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted the Collier County Growth
Management Ran o~ January 10, 1989, and
WHEREAS, the property owners of 2.38 acres of lend have st/omitted · request to amend
the Future Land Use Map end the Randall Boulevard Commercial Disrid Map of the Golden Gate
Area Master Ran of the Collier County Growlh Management Plan; end
WHEREAS, the request Is for an amendment to the Golden Gate Area Master Ran
Future Land Use Map and Randall Boulevard Commercial District Map, irNoNfng less than 10
acres of lend; and
WHEREAS, the amendment does not Involve · change to any of the Goals, Objeclive~, or
Policies of the Ran; end
WHEREAS, pursuant to Subsection 163.3187(1)(c), Rodda Statutes, this amendment is
considered a Small Scale Amendment; and
WHEREAS, all applicable substantive and procedure/requkemente of law have been met;
and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Coltier
County, Rodda:
SECT1ON ONE: ADOPTION OF THE AMENDED FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT MAP
This Ordinance as described herein shall be known as the CPSS 98-01 Small Sca/e
Amendment for the Future Land Use Map and Randall Boulevard Corninertial District Map of N
Golden Gale Area Master Ran of Collier Counlyl Growth Management Plan. The Amendmetal,
litached hereto and Incorporated herein by refee'e~ce as Exhibits A and B, asteblishe~ the
amended Future Land Use Map and amended Randall Boulevard Commercial Distrlct Map as a
component of the Golden Gate Area Master Ran, an Indlvktual Bement of Collier Countlfa
Growth Management Plan.
