THIS THIRD ADDENDUM, effective as of October 13, 2009, is entered into by and between US BANK
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as INDENTURE TRUSTEE for the REGISTERED HOLDERS of AEGIS ASSET
BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-6, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES c/o OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC,
Seller, and COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Buyer. Buyer and Seller have
entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase, Addendum"N' First Addendum to Contract, and
the Addendum to "As Is. Contract for Sale and Purchase and Addendum "An First Addendum to Contract,
between the undersigned parties concerning the property at 5418 23'. Court SW, Naples, FL 34116 (hereinafter
reterred to as 'Property"), all dated effective as of October 13, 2009. Buyer and Seller wish to amend the
foregoing with the following additional terms and conditions:
1. The "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase, Addendum "A" First Addendum to Contract, and the
Addendum to the "As Is. Contract for Sale and Purchase and Addendum "A" First Addendum to
Contract shall, collectively, constitute the "Agreemenr' between the parties.
2. Any and all references in the Agreement to the Escrow Agent shan be revised to refer to Keystone
11.'e Agency, Inc., whose address is 9735 U.s. Highway 19, Port RIchey, Florida 34668, and the
deposit due under the Agreement shall be disbursed to and held by Keystone Title Agency, Inc. in
accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
EXCEPT as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller remains in full
force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are
applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Buyer and Seller have hereto executed this Third Addendum.
