Withdrawn
A. A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Withdrawn
Collier County, Florida, authorizing distribution and use
of the Preliminary Official Statement with regard to the
Collier County, Florida Special Obligation Revenue Bonds,
Series 1996; authorizing the underwriters to market such
bonds and present a bond purchase contract to the Board;
providing an effective date.
B. A Resolution approving a proposed Special Act to amend Res. 96-569 Adopted - 5/0
Chapter 89-449, Laws of Florida, to empower County Park
Enforcement Officers (Park Rangers) to issue citations to
enforce any County Ordinance within the boundaries of any
Collier County park, Collier County operated parking
facilities, public beaches, beach access areas located
immediately adjacent to any Collier County Park and
public areas immediately adjacent to county parks.
