nature of the proposed project is the design and
construction of stormwater drainage improvements for the
ditch enclosures in the vicinity of 91st/92nd Avenue and
8th Street and providing that the costs of the
improvements shall be paid from special assessments
against the benefited properties within the unit as a
non-ad valorem assessment and repealing Resolution No.
95-476.

(k) Board ratify the County Manager's authorization in
the Board's absence of a waiver of pool fees for two
nights over the summer in order to provide for a County
sponsored "Saturday Night Live" Youth Night at the Golden
Gate Community Park and inform the Board of the schedule
of events for the remainder of the summer.
