(1) Approval of a contract for FY 1996 Library Operating
Grant (State Aid) administered by the Florida Department
of State, State Library of Florida.
(2) Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners Continued to 2/13/96
approve an agreement with the Collier County Humane
Society, participating veterinarians of the Collier
County Veterinarian Society, and Collier County,
establishing set fees for neuter/spay operations and
reduce medical treatment for animals impounded by Collier
County Animal Control.
(3) Recommendation that the Collier County Board of Continued to 2/13/96
County Commissioners approve a resolution modifying the
neuter/spay and pre-adoption health care program of
impounded dogs and cats; provide continued funding of the
existing neuter/spay trust fund; the payment of a service
fee for each animal license sold, and repealing
Resolution No. 91-214.
D. SUPPORT SERVICES
(1) Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners Res. 96-36
adopt a Resolution adding one unit to the 1994 Collier
County Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Special
Assessment Roll and authorize the Chairman to execute the
Certificate of Correction corresponding to this
Resolution.
(2) A Resolution approving the Satisfaction of Liens for Res. 96-37
certain residential accounts wherein the County has
received payment and said liens are satisfied in full for
the 1991 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services
Special Assessments.
(3) Recommendation to approve and execute the
Satisfaction of Claim of Lien.
(4) Recommendation to approve and execute the
Satisfaction of Notice of Promise to Pay and Agreement to
Extend Payment of Sewer System Impact Fees.
(5) To obtain Board examination and approval of the
Sufficiency of Bonds of County Officers.

the Lease Agreement between Collier County, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, and Gulf Shore

continued utilization of office space in the SunTrust
Building in Pelican Bay, Naples, Florida.
(3) Approve contract with Marco Island Chamber of
Commerce for Category B, Tourist Development Revenue.
