TIiIS ADDENDUM is entered Into this 14 day of J~ . 2009, by and between
The Bank of New Yotk Mellon f/kja The Bank of New y~ for the Benefit of the
certlf'icateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2CJ06..f, seller,
and COWER roUNTY, a Political SubdMsion of the State d Florida, Purchaser. Purchaser and
Seller entered into that certain "'As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase, and Addendum to Real
Estate pun::hase Contract attached thereto, dated April 24, 2009 (the "'Agreernent"). Subsequent
to entering into the Agreement and pursuant to provisions of the Agreement, Purchaser and
Seller wish to amend the Agreement wiUl the following terms and mndil:lons:
1. Paragraph VI and Paragraph 10 of the Addendum are chcmged to reflect that
the closing Date shall be on or before July 16, 2009.
2. Paragraph 10 of the Addendum is Changed to remove any requirement for
payment d Seller's per diem canylng msts, and Seller waives same.
3. Paragraph K Is changed to speciflcally reflect that Purchaser shall pcIy to
southem Anancial Trtte Services, Inc., at closing, a settlement or dosing fee In the
amount of $325.00 and a courier fee in the amount of $40.00.
Except as expressly proVided herein, the Agreement be1.vIeen the Purdlaser and the
Seller remains in full forCE and effect accord1ng to the terms and conditions contalr1ed therein,
and said terms and conditions are applicable herew except as expR!SSly provided otherwise
herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Pun::haser and Seller have herem executed this Addendum
