FLOHIDl\.
~IEREl\S, the Legislature of the Statc of Florjda in Chap-
ters 67-1246 andl25, Florida St2tutes, has conferred on all
counties in Florida the puwer to establish, coordinate and
enforce zoning and such busincss regulations as ~~e nccessary
for the protection of the public; and
MIEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has ~dopted a
Compr~hensivc Zoning Ordinance establishing rC9ulatinns for
the zoning of particular geographic divisions of the County,
among which is the granting of provisional uses; and
WlIEREl\S, the COiH;tal l\rea Planning Commission, being the
duly appointed and constituted planning board for the area
horeby aff~cted, has held a public hearing after n~tice as in
said regulations made and provided, and has considered the ad-
visability of provisional Use

the property hereinafter dcscribc~, and has found as a matter
of fact that satisfactory provision and arrangement has been
made concerning all applicable matters required by said rcgula-
tions and in accordance with Section 13 -ld of the Zoning Regu-
lations for the CJastal Area Planning District; and
WIIEREl\S, all inte:rested parties have been given opportunity
to be heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and
the Board havinry considered all matters presented.
