Purchaser aoo Seller entered into that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement effective as of June 11, 2009 and executed by Purchaser on June 16,2009 (the "Agreementj. Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions: I. Paragraph 6(a) of the Agreement Is revised to provide that Property Taxes shall be prorated for 203 days based upon a per diem rate of $5.5179 for a total adjustment of $1,120.13, all as stated on \:he HUD Settlement Smtement approved by Seller and Purchaser for this transaction. Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller remains in full force anc;j effect according to the terms and CDndltions contained therein, and said tenns and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein. .
