Addendum PROPERTY ADDRESS: 571 Everglades Blvd. N., Naples, FL 34120 ADDENDUM THIS ADDENDUM is entered into effective as of the 10th day of July, 2009, by and between Vericrest Financial, Inc. the attorney-in-fact for lSF6 Mercury REO Investments, llC, and COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Buyer. Buyer and Seller entered into that certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase with the Acceptance Date of April 24, 2009, together with any and all Addenda executed to date (the "Agreement"). Subsequent to entering into the Agreement and pursuant to provision of the Agreement, Buyer and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions: 1. The blanks for SS# and Fed ID# in the second line of page 1 of 5 of the original Contract for Sale and Purchase of Real Property should be "N/A". 2. B.1. on Page 1 of 5 of the original Contract should read that the Deposit is $0. (The amount of the previously shown on the Contract for a deposit shall be included in the approximate balance to close.) 3. B.4. on Page 1 of 5 of the original Contract should read that the "Approximate balance to close to be paid by wire transfer". Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
