Addendum " ; PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3120 Wilson Boulevard N, Naples, Fl 34120 () D/bLjtf7DYij ADDENDUM THIS ADDENDUM is entered into by and between U.S. NATIONAL BANK ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURrnES CORP., HOME EQUITY PASS THROUGH CFRTIFlCATES, SERIES 2007-1, Seller, and COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of trc: Stdte of Florida, Purchaser. Purchaser and Seller entered into that certain "As Is" Contract for Sale and Purchase, and Addendum to Real Estate Purchase Contract attached thereto, dated June 18, 2009 (the "Agreement"). Subsequent to entering Into the Agreement and pursuant to provisions of the Agreement, Purchaser and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following terms and conditions: 1. Paragraph II(a) is changed to reflect the escrow agent named as Watson TItle Insurance, Inc., 1501 Northwest 49th Street Suite #110, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, telephone (954)771-5522. Paragraph II(a) is also changed to zero ($0) deposit, and Paragraph IICe) is changed to $77,500.00. 2. Paragraph V is changed to reflect that the Title Commitment and TItle Policy shall be obtained by the Seller, at Seller's expense and delivered to Buyer. 3, Paragraph VI is changed to reflect that the Closing Date shall be on or before July 29, 2009. 4. Paragraph H of the "As Is" Standards for Real Estate Transactions is changed to reflect that Closing shall be held at the office of Watson Title Insurance, Inc, as Settlement Agent. 4. Paragraph "K" of the "As Is" Standards for Real Estate Transactions is changed to spe<:iftcally reflect that Buyer shall pay, at Closing, a Settlement or Closing Fee and courier charges to Watson Title Insurance Agency, Inc. in the aggregate amount not to exceed $390.00. Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller remains In full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contaIned therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Buyer and Seller have hereto executed this Addendum.
