WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter 125,
Florida Statutes, has conferred on all counties in Florida the power to
establish, ~oordin3te and e~f0rce z0niog and such business regulations as
are ~ecessar! fer the prctec:ion of the public; and
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land Development
Code (Ordinance IJo. 91-102) which establishes regula~ions for the zoning
of particular geographic di~isions of th~ County, among Which is the
granting of variar.ces; and
~HE?F.AS, :~~ coard of Zo~ing Appeals, being the duly elected
constit~ted S0~r~ ~f t~e a:~2 ~ereby affected, has held a public hearing
after notice as ~~ said re~ulations made and provided, and has considered
the advisablLi:; of a 30-foot ~ariance from the required front yard
setback 0: 30 feet to 0 feet along the northern property line, an 11

along t~e eastern property line and a 10 foot variance from the required

required front jard setback of 30 feet to 0 feet along the northern
property line, an 11 foot variance from the required front yard setback
of 30 fe~~ to l~ feet along the eastern property line and a 10 foot
varia~c~ ~ro~ t~e required front yard setback of 30 feet to 20 feet along
the southern property line as shown on the attached plot plan, Exhibit
"A", of th~ PMF-16 Zoning Oistrict wherein said property is located,
subject to the fQllo~ing condition:
1. This variance is for the structures as shown on Exhibit
"A". Should these structures be removed or destroyed,
regardless of cause, all subsequent re-cons~ruction shall
comply ~ith the setback requirements of the Land Development
Code in effect at the time of re-cQnstructi0~.
BE IT RESOLVED that this Pesolution relating to Petitio:} Number
V-98-15 be recorded in the minutes of this Board.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
