A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF A POST OFFICE IN THE RSF-3 ZONING DISTRICT
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.6.9 (ESSENTIAL SERVICES)
OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPHENT CODE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTIONi33, TOWNSHIP
46 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of F10%ida in Chapter
67-1246, Laws (f Florida, and Chapter 125, F10rid2 Statutes, has
conferred on Collier County thE power to estab1ist, coordinate and
enforce zoning and such busine! 9 regulations as ale necessary for the
protection of tne public; and
WHEREAS, the County pursua '"It thereto has adop::ed a Land
Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which includes a Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the ~oning of particular
geographic di vis ions of the Cc mty, among which i'l the granting of
Conditional Uses; and
WHEREAS, the Collier Count' Planning Commission, being the duly
appointed and c01stituted p1annlng board for the area hereby affected,
has held a public hearing after notice as in said -egulations made and
provided, and has considered the advisability of C,;nditiona1 Use
2.6.9.2 of Section 2.6.9 (Essential Services) for Ii Post Office in an
RSF-3 zone on t~e property he% ir.~fter described, and has found as a
matter of fact (Exhibit "A") th : satisfactory prO\ision and
arrangement have becn made conc~rning all applicable matters required
by said regulations and in accordance with Subsectj')n 2.7.4.4 of the
Land Development Code for the Collier County PlannL1g Commission; and
WHEREAS, all interested pa%':ies have been given opportunity to be
heard by this Board in a public meeting assembled a.ld the Board having
considered all ma1:ters presented.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of
Collier County, Florida that:

with respect to the property hereinafter described as:
