A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF ESSENTIAL SERVICES CONDITIONAL USE IN THE
"A" ZONING DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SE~t'ION
~.6.9.2 OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT

r~OWNSHIP 4 G SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, t:le Legislature of the State of FlorJ.da in Chapter
67-1246, Laws o~ Florida, and Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, has
conferred on Collier County the power to establish coordinate and
enforce zoning nd such busines regulations as arf necessary for the
protection of tile publici and
WHEREAS, t:1e County pursuall t thereto has adopt ed a Land
Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which includes a Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the . oning of particular
geographic di vis.~ ons of the Cmmty, among which if; the granting of
Conditional Uses; and
WHEREAS, the Collier Count: Planning Commissic.n, being the duly
appointed and cor,gtituted plann; ,1g board for the area hereby affected,
has held a public hearing after notice as in said regulations made and
provided, and has considered the advisability of af: Essential Services
Conditional Use pursuant to Section 2.6.9.2 in an "~" zone for
improvements to the existing wa1 lr treatment facil! :y on the property
hereinafter desct ibed, and has 1 'und as a matter of fact (Exhibit "A")
that satisfactory provision and .rrangement have been made concerning
all applicable matters required by said regulations and in accordance
with SUbsection 2.7.4.4 of the Land Development Cod, for the Collier
County Planning C')mmission; and
WHEREAS, all interested par.ies have baen givef"l opportunity to be
heard by this Board in a public t. eeting assembled ar'd the Board having
considered all matters presented.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of
Collier County, F .orida that:
