The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the County Manager to issue an Authorization for waiver of impact fees to George L. King for one (1) house which shall be constructed at 11131 Laertes Lane, Collier County, Florida. 2. Upon receipt by the Housing and Urban Development Director of an agreement for waiver signed by George L. King, or other docuu!ntation acceptabl~ to the County Attorney, the Board of County C01IUIlillioners hereby authtrizes the pa~ ent by Collier ~ounty of the folloAl'ing impact fees from the Affordabl !
