RESOLUTION NO. 95- 450
A RESOI UTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVID~.NG FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE AI:ATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCClIDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordir ance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certuin nuisances, iJ eluding prescribed administrative
cost incurred by . he County, sha1: be assessed againft such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to ec. ch parcel shall be
calculated and report4d to the BOi.lrd of County Commit,sioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against which made unti ". paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shan become due and pa',able thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice f Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve ercent (12.0%' per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFOR:; , BB IT RESOLV D BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF C)LLIBR COUN'TY', LORIDA, that the property described
as follows, an(1, ha ~ing been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:
