RESOLUTION NO. 95-440
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
HISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREI.S, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-37 creating the
Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board provided that the Advisory Board
shall cons)st of seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance
No. 91-37 oy providing th."t the Advisory Boa rd shall consist of
nine (9) m&mbers; and
WHEREJ"S, the terms of two (2) members h lve expired creating
vacancies on the Hispanic 1 ffairs Advisory Bo, rd; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ~T RESOLVED BY T,!E BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER " ::>UNTY, FLORIDA, th,!tt Frank (Florencio)
ROdriquez a1d Frank G. Lor; IY are hereby appointed to the Hispanic
Affairs'Advisory Board for terms of four (4) years, said terms to
expire on June 25, 1999.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
