Resolution 1995-434 RESOLUTION NO. 95-~ A RESOLUTION APPROVING TlIE COUNTY'S PROPOSED MILLAGB RATBS AND SBTTING THB PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR ADOPTION or THE AMENDED TENTATIVE BUDGETS AND PINAL MILLAGE RATES AND BUDGETS WHEREAS, Section 200.065, Florida Statutes, provides the procedure for fixing the millage rates; and WHEREAS, Section 129.03, Florida Statut.es, sets forth the procedure for preparation and adoption of the budget; and WHERI:AS, the Board of County Commissioners has received and exami led the tentative budgets for each of the County's funds inc~.uding all estimated receipts, taxes to be levied and balances expected to be brought forward and all estimated expenditu~es, reserves, a(~ balances to be carried over at the end of th,: year; and WHER~AS, the Board c~ County Commissiorars has prepared a statement summarizing aLL of the adopted tentative budgets include for each budget, the proposed tax millages, the balances, the reserves and the total of each major classification of receipt:. and expenditures; and WHEREAS, Section 200 065, Florida stat\;: (:es, provides that the Board of County Commit Jioners shall hold public hearings to adopt the ~',entati ve budgets.
