RESOLUTI9N 95- 432
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF "9" CONDITIONAL USE IN THE RSF-4 ZONING
DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.2.4.3 OF THE
<:OLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 50, TOWNSHIP 26
SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, tie Legislature ot the state of Florida in Chapter
67-1246, Laws ot Florida, and Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, has
conferred on CoJlier County the power to establish, coordinate and
enforce zoning 2nd such business regulations as are necessary for the
protection of tl 9 public; and
WHEREAS, the County pursuar t thereto has adopted a Land
Development Codt (Ordinance No. ~1-102) which incltjes a Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinanc~ establishing regulations for the 2)ning of particular
geographic divinions of the COl~J1ty, among which is the granting of
Conditional Uses; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Planning Commissicn, being the duly
appointed and co~stituted plannj1g board for the al'ea hereby affected,
has held a pUblic hearing after ,lotice as in said r .lgulations made and
provided, and has considered th\ advisability of CCJJlditional Use "9" of
Section 2.2.4.3 in an RSF-4 zon. for a neighborhood playground and
recreational facility on the property hereinafter described, and has
found as a matter of fact (EXhibit "A") that satis11ctory provision and
arrangement have been made concerning all applicabla matters required
by said regulatio,s and in acco, lance with Subsect: >n 2.7.4.4 of the
Land Development Code for the Cc .lier County Plannilg Commission; an~
