NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONL~S OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the
County Manager to issue an Authorization for waiver of
