I' ADDENDUM
[. 1<IDDENDUM is entered into effective as of the lS. day of May, 2009, by and
between Home Loan Services as attorney-in-fact for Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as
Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF9, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates,
Series 2006-FF9, Seller, and COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
Buyer. Buyer and Seller entered into that certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase dated April
22, 2009 (the "Agreement''). Subsequent to entering into the Agreement and pursuant to
provision of the Agreement, Buyer and Seller wish to amend the Agreement with the following
terms and conditions:
1. Paragraph lI(b) is changed to zero deposit and Paragraph lICe) is
changed to $93,500.00.
2. Seller acknowledges that Seller signed after the acceptance date, but
that the Contract was effective as of April 22, 2009.
3. Paragraph VI is changed to reflect that the Closing Date shall be on or
before July 2, 2009.
4. Paragraph 10. Additional Terms of the Counter Offer/Addendum is
changed to delete any reference to a deposit amount.
Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller
remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained therein, and said
terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Buyer and Seller have hereto executed this Addendum the
day and year first above written.
