ADDENDUM TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT
1. DATE: 0611012009
2. Addendum to Purchase Agreement between parties dated, 4/17/2009, pertaining to the purchase and sale
of the property at: 2765 58th Ave NE, Naples, FL 34120
3. Buyer and Seller agree that the location of the property address in the first paragraph of the recitals
shall be changed to read as: 2765 58th Ave NE, Naples, County of Collier, State of Florida
4. Buyer and Seller agree to extend the Close Date in Paragraph 4(b) on or before 06130/2009
5. Seller agrees to waive the $50 per diem provision in Paragraph 4(d)
6. Seller agrees to correct Exhibit A the Agent File No. 08-4-465218 to Folio No. 38846560006
7. Seller agrees to waive Buyers requirement to provide earnest money deposit in the amount of
$2,500.00 stated in the Earnest Money AdMndum
8. Buyer agrees to pay the full amount of $62,000.00 at closing.
