Any repair amount in excess of the stated amount shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer. The stated repair cost is to be applied as credit. No repairs are to be completed before the property closes unless you have signed from the seller. Any repairs completed before closing without written seller approval will be the responsibility of the buyer. 6. Seller to credit buyer Other costs of $0 7. Buyer shall complete all inspections within 15 days of counter offer acceptance. Buyer is solely responsible for the costs of all inspections. Seller will not adjust the sales price due to the findings of any inspections. Seller will not pay for a property survey, home warranty. or abstract title. 8. Seller to credit buyer Termite Fee of $0 for Section 1 charges listed on the Termite Report. The Buyer shall pay any and all costs in excess of the stated amount. (866) 321-8989 Addendum A THIS ADDENDUM IS ATTACHED TO AND MADE PART OF THE REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "CONTRACT", BETWEEN THE UNDERSIGNED PARTIES CONCERNING THE PROPERTY AT: ADDRESS: 2560 66TH AVE NE.
