THIS INDENTURE made this 13->>1 day ofJanuary, 2009, between COLLIER COUNTY, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and the BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY
OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS THE EX.OFFIClO GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY WATER-SEWER

representation showing the location of the utility facilities, etc., being conveyed is attached as Exhibit B.
