RESOLUTION NO. 93-=110
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE RESUBDIVISION OF TRACT 23
A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS GOLDEN
GATE ESTATES UNIT 4 THROUGH A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.2.4. 10 OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County C.)mmissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on February 28, 1961, appzoved the plat of Golden Gate
Estates Unit 4 tor recording; and
WHEREAS, Ralph and Joan Bryson have acquired Tract 23 and has
filed for a lot line adjustment of said lands as indicated in the
attached Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, Section 3.2.4.10 of the Collier County Land
Development Code requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a Resolution acknOWledging the resubdivision of the subject tract
through a lot line adjustment when certain criteria are complied
witb and said criteria was complied with; and
WHEREAS, this tract is a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit 4, and the tiling and
recording of this lot line adjustment shall not affect access to
lots previously conveyed under the Golden Gates Estates Unit 4 plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the lot line
adjustment of Tract 23, a part of a previously approved and recorded
plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit 4, as indicated in the attached
Exhibit "A", is hereby acknowledged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
plat of Golden Gate Estates Unit 4.
This Resolution adopted atter motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
