RESOLUTION NO. 93- 60
FEBRUARY 23, 1993
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHDlEAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a d'!scription of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
Obligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (3D)
days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0\) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the Owner of said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
Owner tails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against such property according te law, unless such direction is

Public Records ot Collier County, Florida.
You, as the owner of the property above described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Prope~ty Appraiser, are hereby advised that the Compliance
Ser/ices Manager, did on 9/10/92, order the abatement of a
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
nuisance being:

You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
