RESOLUTION FOR PETITION AV 92-021 TO VACATE A
PORTION OF THE PLAT OF UNIT NO.2, VETERANS
GARDEN SECTION OF NAPLES MEMORIAL GARDENS AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 1-2,
INCLUSIVE, OF TIlE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section p7 .101, Sections 336.09 and
336.10, Florida Statutes, Daniel E. Conley as agent for owner,
Earl G. and Thelma Hodges, does hereby request the vacation of a
portion of the plat of Unit No.2, Veterans Garden Section of
Naples Memorial Gardens as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 1-2,
inclusive, of the Public Records of ~ollier County, Florida; and
lIHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to
consider vacating a portion of said plat as more fully described
below, and notice 0" said public hearing to vacate was given as
required by law; and

atfect the ownerShip or right of convenient access ot other

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY

and is hereby vacated:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and incorporated herein
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to
record this Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida and to make proper notatiQns of this vacation on said
