Resolution 1994-357 KAY 17, 1994 RESOLUTION NO. 94-.d2l A RESOLUTION ENACTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 83-7, WHICH ESTABLISHED A SYSTEM OF PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; REVISING PERSONNEL RULES AllD REGULATIONS SECTION 0250, COMMITMENT TO FAIR TREATMENT, AND SECTION 0260, DISCIPLINE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 83-7 established a system of personnel administration for the government of Collier County including the adoption of Personnel Rules and Regulations; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Rules and Regulations and any amendments, additions or changes to said Rules and Regulations shall be submitted for adoption by Resolution of the Board of County commissioners; and WHEREAS, the Board finds it appropriate and in the best interests of Collier county to amend the Commitment to Fair Treatment and Discipline Sections of the Personnel Rules and Regulations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1) Collier County Personnel Rules and Regulations Section 0250, Commitment to Fair Treatment, and Section 0260, Discipline, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", are hereby adopted to be effective immediately. 2) Collier County Personnel Rules and Regulations section 0250, Commitment to Fair Treatment, and Section 0260, Discipline, as adopted by Resolution No. 92-629, are hereby superseded effective on May 17, 1994.
