RESOLUTION NO. 95 - ~
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PRICE INCREASE AT THE LAKE TRAFFORD
>.. MEMORIAL GARDENS CEMETERY LOCATED IN IMMOKALEE, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on September 22,
1987 approved Resolution No. 87-224 concerning the operation of
the Lake Trafford Memorial Gardens located in Immokalee, Florida,
and subsequently updated on May 1, 1990 by Resolution No. 90-242;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of county Commissioners on December 29,
1988, approved Resolution No. 88-319 adopting a ten percent (lOt)
price increase to the pricing structure of burial lots; and
,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on May 1, 1990,
approved Resolution No. 90-130 adopting a price increase in order
to meet rising burial costs: and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on February 25,
1992, approved Resolution No. 92-144 and again on June 23, 1993,
approved Resolution No. 93-248 adopting price increases in which
the later reflects the current pricing structure; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of Collier County to increase
the price of burial lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the pricing
structure of burial lots be amended as follows:
