Resolution 1994-291 RESOLUTION NO. 94- 291 APIUL 26. 1994 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE 91-47. WHEREAS, a. provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs ot abat...nt ot c.rtain nui.ance., including prescribed administrative cost incurred by the County, ehall be assessed again.t such property; and WHEREAS, the cost thereot to the County as to each parcel shall be calculated and reported to the Board ot County Commis.ioners, together with a d.scription ot said parc.l; and WHEREAS, .uch a.s.ssment .hall be a legal, valid and binding obligation upon the property against which made until paid; and WHEREAS, the a......ent shall beco.e due and payable thirty (30) daya after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest ahall accru. at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any unpaid portion thereof.
