Resolution 1994-287 APIlIL 26. 1994 RESOLUTION NO. 94 -287 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN PELICAN BAY UNIT TWELVE (BRIDGESTONE COURT), RELEASE OF THE MAINTEII'ANCE SECUR1TY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTEII'ANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners ot Collier County, Florida, on September 11, 1990, approved the plat ot Pelican Bay Unit Twelve tor recordinq; and WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the roadway, drainaqe, water and sever improvements in accordancs with the approved plans and specifications and as required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended); and the Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and WHEREAS, the developer has now requested tinal acceptance ot the roadway, drainaqe, water and sewer improvements and release ot his maintenance security; and WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section ot Development services Department has inspected the roadway, drainaqe, water and sever improvements and is recommendinq acceptance ot said facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that tinal acceptance be qranted tor those roadway, drainaqe, water and sewer improvements in Pelican Bay Unit Twelve (Bridqestone Court), and authorize the Clerk to release the maintenance security. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the tuture maintenance and other attendant costs tor the roadway, drainaqe, water and sewer improvements that are not required to be maintained by the homeowners association. > This ReSOlution adopted atter motion, second and majority vote.~4vorinq same.
