Resolution 1994-281 ,[ APRIL 19, 1994 RESOLllTION NO. 94 -281 RESOLllTION AUTHOJUZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AIfD SEIfER IMPROVEHEHTS IN COLLIER COUHTY PRODUCTIOH PARK PHASE II, RELEASE OF THE KAIIlTEHANCE SECURITY, AIfD ACCEPTING THE KAIIlTEHANCE RESPOHSIBILITY FOR THE ROAOlfAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AIfD SEIfER IMPROVEHEHTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE KAIHTAlHED BY THE HOHEOWlfERS ASSOCIATION. WHEREAS, the Board at county Commissioners at Collier County, Florida, on Deceaber 15, 1992, approved the plat at Collier County Production Park Phase II tor recording; and WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the roadway, drainage, vater and sever iaproveaents in accordance with the approved plans and specitications and as required by the Land eevelopaent COde (Collier county ordinance No. 91-102, as amended); and the Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and WHEREAS, the developer has now requested tinal acceptance or the roadway, drainage, vater and sewer iaprovements and release or his maintenance security; and WHEREAS, the Compliance services Section ot Development services Deparaent has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and sever iaproveaente and is recommending acceptance ot said bcilities. NOIf, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUHTY COIO[ISSIOHERS OF COLLIER COUHTY, FLORIDA, that tinal acceptance be granted tor those roadway, drainage, vater and sever iaproveaents in Collier county Production Park Phase II, and authorize the Clerk to re1ea.. the maintenance security. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AIfD ORDERED that the County accept the tuture maintenance and other attendant costs tor the roadway, drainage, vater and sever iaproveaente that are not required to be maintained by the homeowners association.
