A RESOLUTION 01" THE BOARD 01" COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING I"OR ASSESSMENT 01" LIEN, FOR THE COST 01"
THE ABATEMENT 01" PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct coata at
abat...nt at certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereot to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board ot County commissioners, together
with a de.cription ot said parcel; and
WHEREAS, auch aaaessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the aa.e.sment .hall become due and payable thirty (30)
day. atter the ..iling at Notice ot Assessment atter which interest
shall accrue at a rate at twelve percent (12.0\) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 01" COUNTY
COKKISSIOKERS 01" COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as tallows, and having been abated ot a public nuisance atter due and
proper notice thereot to the owner ot said property, is hereby assessed
the tollowing costs ot such abatement, to wit:

Property Appraiser, are hereby advised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 3/s/93, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:

abandoned property,
You tailed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure ot public tunds at a direct cost ot
$45.00 and administrative cost ot $200.00 tor a total ot
$245.00. Such costs, by ReSOlution ot the Board ot County
Commissioners ot Collier County, I"lorida, have been assessed

You may request a hearing betore the Board ot County
Commissioners to show cause, it any, why the expenses and
charqea incurred by the County under this Ordinance are

Commissioners, Government Center, Naples, Florida 33962 in
