A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abat..ent of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
coat incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAB, the coat thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculat.d and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
vith a de.cription of .aid parcel; and
WHEREAS, .uch assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property again.t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the as.essment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
day. after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
.hall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0\) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
aa follows, and having been abated of a pUblic nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

Lot 8, Bloak 8, ..pl.. Manor Annex, in accordance with
end subject to the plat recorded in Plat Book 1, page
110, Public Records of Collier County. Florida.
You, as the owner of the property above described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby advised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 3/8/93, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
Ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited accumulation of non-protected mowable
vegetation in excess of 18" in height in a subdivision
other than Golden Oate Estates. Prohibited dumping.
accumulation, storage or burial of litter, waste or
abandoned property.
You failed to abate such nuisance; whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
'45.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total' of
'245.00. Such costs. by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed
against the above property on April 12, 1994 and shall
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
assessment.
You may request a hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners to show cause, if any. why the expenses and
charges incurred by the County under this Ordinance are
unwarranted or excessive or why such expenses should not
constitute a lien against the property. Such request for
hearing must be made to the Clerk of the Board of County
Commissioners, Government Center, Naples, Florida 33962 in
writing within thirty (30) days from the date of this
assessment to be
