Resolution 1994-278 RESOLUTION NO. 94-~ RELATING TO PETITION NUMBER V-94-3, FOR A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. APRIL 12, 1994 WBERFAS, the Legislature ot the State ot Florida in Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, has conterred on all counties in Florida the power to establish, coordinate and entorce zoning and such business regulations as are necessary tor the protection ot the public, and WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land Developaent Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which establishes regulations tor the zoning ot particular geographic divisions ot the County, among which is the granting ot variances, and WHEREAS, the Board ot Zoning Appeals being the duly elected constituted board ot the area hereby attected, has held a public hearing atter notice as in said regulations made and provided, and has considered the advisability ot a 10 toot variance trom the required tront yard at 35 teet to 25 teet tor the principal structure, as shown on the attached plot plan, Exhibit "A" in a RMF-6 zone tor the property hereinatter described, and has tound as a matter ot tact that satistactory provision and arrangement has been made concerning all applicable matters required by said regulations and in accordance with Section 2.7.5 ot the Zoning Regulations ot said Land Development Code tor the unincorporated area ot Collier County, and WHEREAS, all interested parties have been given opportunity to be heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the Board having considered all matters presented, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS ot Collier County, Florida, that: The Petition No. V-94-3 tiled by Terrance L. Kepple requesting a variance with respect to the property hereinatter described as: Lot. 20 , 21, Block 15, Naples Park, Unit 1, according to the Plat thereot a. recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 106, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. be and the same hereby is approved tor a 10 toot variance trom the required tront yard ot 35 teet to 25 teet tor the principal structure, /J /? This variance authorizes the tront yard reduction shown in the attached Exhibit "A".
