A RESOLUTION OF TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY COHllISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR TIlE COST OF
TIlE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITII ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abat...nt of c.rtain nuisanc.., inCluding prescribed administrative
cost incurr.d by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the co.t thereot to the County as to each parcel .hall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description ot .aid parc.l; and
WHEREAS, such a.....ment .hall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property again.t which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the ass.ssm.nt shall b.come due and payable thirty (30)
days att.r the ..iling ot Notic. of Assessment after which interest
shall accru. at a rat. of tw.lv. p.rcent (12.0\) per annum on any
unpaid portion th.r.ot.
NOW, TIIEREFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF' COUNTY
OOKKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follevs, and having been abated ot a public nuisance after due and
proper notic. thereof to the owner ot said property, is hereby assessed

You, a. the owner ot the property above described, as
recorded in the records maintained by the office ot the
Property Appraiser, are hereby advised that the Compliance
Services Manager, did on 1/1'/93, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prohibited by
ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited dumping, accumulation, etorage or burial ot
litter, ..ste or abandoned property.
You failed to abate such nuisance; Whereupon, it was abated
by the expenditure ot public tunds at a direct cost of
$425.00 and administrative cost ot $200.00 tor a total of
$'25.00, Such costs, by Resolution ot the Board ot County
commissioners of Collier County, Florida, have been assessed
againet the aboVe property on /larch 22, 1994
and shall
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
a..essment.
You may request a hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners to show cause, if any, why the expenses and
charges incurred by the County under this Ordinance are
unwarranted or excessive or why such expenses should not
constitute a lien against the property. SUch request for
hearing must be made to the Clerk of the Board of County
Commissioners, Government Center, Naples, Florida 33962 in
writing within thirty (30) days from the date ot this
