A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COllllIS5IOIIERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEU, FOR THE COST OF
TIlE ABATEMEIIT OF PUBLIC IIUISAlICE. III ACCOROAIICE
WITH ORDIIlANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, a. provid.d in Ordinanc. 91-47, the direct costs of
abatcaent ot certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
co.t incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board or County Commissioners, together
with a d..cription of .aid parcel; and
WHEREAS, .uch a..e....nt shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the as......nt shall become due and payable thirty (30)

Th. Clerk ot the Board shall mail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners ot the above described property, and if such
owner tails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof, a
certitied copy of this Resolution shall be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Courts, in and for Collier County, Florida, to constitute a
lien against/such property according to law, unless such direction is

You, as the owner of the property above described, as
recorded in the record. maintained by the office of the
Property Appraiser, are hereby advised that the Compliance
Service. Manager, did on 5/25/93, order the abatement of a
certain nuisance existing on the above property prOhibited by
ordinance 91-47, serving notice thereof upon you, such
nuisance being:
Prohibited accumulation of non-protected movable
vegetation in exce.s at IS" in height in a SUbdivision
other than Golden Gate Estates. Prohibited dumping,
accumUlation, storage or burial of litter, vaste or
abandoned property.
You tailed to abate such nuisance; whereupon. it was abated
by the expenditure of public funds at a direct cost of
$125.00 and administrative cost of $200.00 for a total of
S325.00. Such costs, by Resolution or the Board of County
Commi..ioners ot Collier County, Florida, have been assessed
against the above property on /larch 15, 1994 and shall
become a lien on the property thirty (30) days after such
assessment.

charge. incurred by the County under this Ordinance are
unwarranted or excessive or why such expenses should not
