WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on May 30, 1989, approved the plat of Golf Cottages at
Wyndemere, Phase III for recording; and
WHEREAS, Al and Georgia Bruggemeyer have acquired Lot 68 and
a portion of Tract "A" and have filed for a lot line adjustment of
said lands as indicated in the attached Exhibit "^'l; and
WHEREAS, this lot line adjustment does not extinguiSh or in
anyway affect the dedications contained in the plat of these lands;
and
WHEREAS, Section ).2.4.8 of the Collier County Land
Development Code requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a Resolution acknowledging the lot line adjustment of the subject
lots when certain criteria are complied with and said criteria was
complied with; and
WHEREAS, the lots are a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Golf Cottages at Wyndemere, Phase III, and the filing
and recording of this lot line adjustment shall not affect access to
lots previously conveyed under the Golf Cottages at Wyndemere, Phase
III plat.
NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED ArID ORDERED DY TilE DO^RD Of
COUIITY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, fLORIDA, that the lot line
adjustment of Lot 68 and a portion of Tract "A", a part of a
previously approved and recorded plat, Golf Cottages at Hyndemere,
Phase III as indicated in the attached Exhibit .tA", is hereby
acknowledged.
DE IT FURTIIER Rr.SOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
plat of Gol! Cottages at Wyndemere, Phase Ill.
This Resolution adopted after 'motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
