RESOLUTION ACKIIOWLEDGING A RESUIlDIVISION OF TRACT 91 A
PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS GOLDEN
GATE ESTATES UNIT NO.1 PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.2,~.10 OF
TilE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
Florida, on February 16, 1961, ilpproved the plil t
Estates unit No. 1 for recording; nnd
Collier County,
of Golden Gilte
WHEREAS, Vernon Il. Powell
Tract 91 and hove filed for a
indicated in the attached Exhibit
and Edna F. Powell have
resubdivision of said

acquired
lands as
WHEREAS, Section 3.2.4.10 of the Collier County Land
Development Code requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a Resolution acknowledging the resubdivision of the subject Tract
when certain criteria are complied with and said criteria was
complied with; and
WHEREAS, the Tract is a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit No.1, and the filing and
re~ording of this resubdivision shall not affect access to tracts
praviously conveyed under the Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 1 plat.
!'ow, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY TilE BOARD OF
'COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLCRIDA, that the
resubdivision of Tract 91, a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 1 as indicated in the
attached Exhibit l'Alt, is hereby acknowledged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
plat of Golden Gate Estates Unit 110. 1.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
