RESOLUTION NO. 94-73
FEBRUARY 15. 1994
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF A
SUPPLEMENTAL SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
PURSUANT TO COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO.
90-30.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County, Florida adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30 on
April 10, 1990, such Ordinance referred to as the "Collier
County Mandatory Solid Waste Collection and Disposal
Ordinance"; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier
County Ordinance No. 91-36 on May 14, 1991 and Collier County
Ordinance No. 93-47, adopted July 27, 1993, amending Ordinance
No. 90-30; and
WHEREAS, Section Fifteen of said ordinance provides that
~hen it shall appear that the special assessment might have
been imposed under this Ordinance against any residential unit,
but such unit was omitted from the appropriate special
assessment roll, the Board may, by Resolution, impose the
applicable special assessment for the service year in which
such error is discovered and also for the prior two service
years; and
WHEREAS, Staff have identified residential units that were
omitted from the special assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, a Certificate of Correction for each of those
residential units that are subject to addition to the Special
Assessment Roll for the 1994 Service year pursuant to Collier
County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, has been filed in the
office of the Clerk.
WHEREAS, there is attached hereto and incorporated herein 1
(one) list identifying those residential units per reference
number and the number of residential units thereon added to the
special assessment roll, said list entitled "Attachment Number
1."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Chairman is authorized to execute the Certificates
of Correction for each of those residential units

identified herein and such residential units be and
are hereby added to the Solid Waste Collection and
Disposal Special Assessment Roll for the 1994 Service
Year pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30,
as amended, and that these units be billed immediately
by the Collier County Solid Waste Department for the
1994 Service year.
2. The Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to spread
this Resolution in full among the minutes of this
meeting for permanent record in his office.
3. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.

favoring same.
