RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PRELIMINARY ACCEPTANCE OF THESE
DRAIrlAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN PELICAN HARSH GOLF COURSE AND
ACCEPTING THE KAINTElIANCE BOND FROM THE DEVELOPER FOR
MAINTENANCE OF TIlE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER , SEWER
IMPROVEMElITS FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR. .'

WHEREAS, the Community Development
approved a Preliminary Work Authorization on
Pelican Marsh Golf Course; and

WHEREAS, the developer has constructed
improvements in accordance with the approved
specifications and as required by the Land Development
County Ordinance Plo. 91-102, as amended); and
the drainage
plans and

acceptance of the improvements; and
now
requested
preliminary
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of the Development
Services Department has inspected the improvements and is
recommending preliminary acceptance of said facilities.
110101, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COI':MISSIOtlERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that preliminary
acceptance be granted for these stormwater management improvements
in Pelican Marsh Golf Course.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
aaintenance security in the form of a maintenance bond in the amount
of $212,824.70 and that the developer is responsible for the
maintenance of the improvements for a minimum period of one year as
required by the Land Development Code (Ordinance No. 91-102, as
amended) at which time the developer must petition the Board for
final acceptance. _
This Resoluticn adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
