Resolution 1994-050 FEBRUARY 1, 1994 RESOLUTION 94-50 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CHURCH CONDITIONAL USE IN THE RMF-6 ZONING DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.2.5.3. OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. EAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter 67- Laws of Florida, and Chapter 125, Florida Statutes, has cor ] on Collier County the power to establish, coordinate and enf zoning and such business regulations as are necessary for the . ~ction of the public; and :~EAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land De'. cnt Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which includes a Cor: nsive Zoning Ordinance establishing regulations for the zor; ~f particular geographic divisions of the County, among whic.
