RELATIIIG TO PETITION IlUKBER IlUA-93-2, FOR A
NON-CONFORMIIIG USE ALTERATION 011 PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Florida in Chapter
125, Florida Statutes, has conferred on all counties in Florida
the paver to establish, coordinate and enforce zoning and such
business regulations as are necessary for the protection of the
public, and
WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land
o.velopaent Code (ordinance 110. 91-102) which establishes
regulations tor the zoning ot particular geographic divisions of
the county, among which is the granting ot requests for
non-contor.ing use alterations, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Appeals being the duly elected
constituted board ot the area hereby attected, has held a public
hearing atter notice as in said regulations made and provided,
and has considered the advisability of the altering of a
non-contorwing single-taaily aobile home by replacing the
existing structure with a new modular unit and a~tached porch as
shown on the attached plot plan, Exhibit "A" in a CON-ST-ACSC
Zone tor the property hereinatter described, and has found as a
aatter of fact that satistactory provision and arrangement has
been aade concerning all applicable matters requcred by said
regulations and in accordance with Subsection 1.8.10.4 ot the
Land Development Code tor the unincorporated area of Collier
county, and
WHEREAS, all interested PArties have been given opportunity
to be heard by this Board in public meeting assembled and the
Board having considered all matters presented,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
ot COllier County, Florida, that:
The Petition IlUA-93-2 tiled by Debi Kay Lee, representing
Georqe Brady and Michael Brady, property owners, with respect to
the property hereinatter described as:
Lots 124 and 125 ot an unrecorded plat for "Paolita Acres"
in Section 21, Township 53 South, Range 34 East, Collier
County, Florida.

be end the sa.. hereby is approved for the alteration of a
non-contoraing single-family mobile home by replacing the
existing structure with a new modular unit and attached porch as
shown on the attached plot plan, Exhibit "An of the COK-ST-ACSC
zoning District wherein said property is located.
