Resolution 1994-012 JANUARY II, 1994 RESOLUTION NO. 94-17 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIIIG FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IKPROVDlEHTS IN QU!t..I(S PARX AT !.AGO VERDE, PHASE FOUR, RELEASE OF THE KAIJfTENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IKPROVDlEHTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE KAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on January 21, 1992, approved the plat of Queens Park at Lago Verde, Phase Four for recording; and WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the roadway, drainage, water and sever improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as required by the Land Oevelopaent Code (Collier County. Ordinance No. 92-73, as amended); and the Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and release of his aaintenance security; and WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of Development Services Department has inspected the road~ay, drainage, water and sever iJq>rovements and is recommending ac'Oeptance of said facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T:iE BOARD OF COUNTY COKKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be granted for those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in Queera Park at Lago Verde, Phase Four, and authorize the Clerk to release the maintenance security. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the future aaintanance and other attendant costs for the roadway, drainage, water and sever improvements that are not required to be aaintained by the homeowners association.
