RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION AV 94.022 TO VACATE A PORTION
OF A DRAINAGE, ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE EASEIlENT LOCATED ON
TRACT GC4 OF THE PLAT OF PELICAN MARSH GOLF COURSE PHASE
ONE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOCK 23, PAGES 40-47, AND THE PLAT
OF IIOCD DUCK TRAIL. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23. PAGES
67-68, ALL OF THE PU8LIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, Louis H. Hoegsted,
Vice President, for \.TeN Communities, Inc. as owner, does hereby request the
vacation of a portion of a drainage, access and maintenance easement located on
Tract GC4 of the plat of tJood Duck Trail, as recorded in Plat Book 23. Pages
67.68, being a replat of a portion of the plat of Pelican Marsh Golf Course
Phase One, as recorded In Plat Book 23, Pages 40.47, all of the Public Records
of Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating
a portion of said plat as more fully described below, and notice of said public
hearing to vacate was given as required by law; and
YHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely affect the
ownership or right of convenient access of other property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. that the following be and is hereby vacated:
See Exhibit "A" attached to and incorporated herein
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and to make proper
notations of this vacation on the plat of Pelican Marsh Golf Course Phase One,
and the plat of Wood Duck Trail, as referenced above.
This resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring
same.

Collier County, Florida
All that part of Wood Duck Trail according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, pages 67 and 68,
Public Records of CoIlicr County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of said Wood Duck Trail;
thencc along the boundary of said Wood Duck Trail in the following five (5) described courses;
I) North 69'52'00' West 203.02 feet;
2) North 61 '26'00' West 145.00 feet;
3) North 50'08'00' Wcst 262.54 feet;
4) North 41 '07'00' West 104.41 feet;
5) northwesterly 25.19 feet along the arc of a lJmgential circular curve concave to the north,
having a radius of 725.00 feet, through a central angle of 01 '59'28" and being subtended by
chord which bears North 46'50'27" West 25,19 feet to the southwest comer of said boundary
of Wood Duck Trail;
thence easterly 226.77 feet along the arc of a tangential circular curve concave to the north, having
a radius of 725.00 feet, through a central angle of 17'55' 17" and being subtended by a chord which
bears South 54'48'22" East 225.85 feet;
thence South 63'46'00" East 151.25 feet;
thence southeasterly 41.11 feet along the arc of a tangential circular curve concave to the south,
having a radius of 100.00 feet, through a central angle of23'33'23" and being subtended by a chord
which bears South 51 '59'18" East 40.82 feet to a point of reverse curvature;
thence easterly 107.00 feet along the arc of a tangential circular curve concave to the north, having
a radius of 200.00 feet, through a central angle of 30'39' I I" and being subtended by a chord which
bears South 55'32'13" East 105.73 feet;
thence South 64 '28'00" East 85.63 feet;
thence easterly and northeasterly 26.83 feet along the arc of a tangential circular curve concave to the
northwcst, having a radius of 30.00 feet, through a central angle of 51' 15'00" and being subtended
by a chord which bears North 89'54'30" East 25.95 feet;
thence North 64'17'00" East 131.41 feet to a point on the boundary of said Wood Duck Trail;
thence along said boundary South 21 '07'00" West 151.75 feet to the Point of Beginning of the
easement herein described;
subject to casements and restrictions of record;
bearings are based on the east line of said Wood Duck Trail, as being South 21 '07'00" West.
