Grantee shall be responsible for maintenance of the five foot wide sidewalk, a 6 foot high chain link fence with black coating to the west of the sidewalk, ground lighting, and a hedge to be maintained at an approximate height of 3 feet to the west of the fence. The easement granted herein shall constitute an easement running with the land and shall burden the lands described above.
