ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF LEASE TERMINATION
THIS ACKNOWLEDGMENT is given by Van L. Swift, President, on behalf
of Swift Space Center, Inc., formerly known as Robert H. Jaeger & Associates,
Inc. ("Swift"), the lessor under that certain assignment contained in the Warranty
Deed recorded in Official Records Book 666, Page 285, of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida ("Lease Interest"), whereby Swift acknowledges that all of
the terms of the Lease Interest have been satisfied in full. Furthermore, Swift
acknowledges that the Lease Interest was terminated prior to December 22,
2000.

THIS EASEMENT is made and entered into this /0 day of 'A./fr,
2008, by PALM CREST VILLAS, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporatio , whose
mailing address is c/o CPA'S OF NAPLES, LLC, 9915 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 2,
Naples, FL 34108, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and COLLIER COUNTY, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, having a mailing address of 3301 Tamiami
Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee").
(Wherever used herein, the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all parties to
this instrument and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns. Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or plural, as the context requires.)
WITNESSETH
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, a
perpetual, non-exclusive easement for the purpose of construction and maintenance of
a sidewalk, fence, lighting and associated landscaping upon and across the following
described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS PROPERTY IS NOT HOMESTEAD.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, together with the right to
enter upon said land, place, excavate, and remove materials for the purpose of
constructing, and maintaining a sidewalk, fence and associated landscape thereon, all
of which shall be within the fifty foot wide easement area. Grantee shall be responsible
for maintenance of the five foot wide sidewalk, a 6 foot high chain link fence with black
coating to the west of the sidewalk, ground lighting, and a hedge to be maintained at an
approximate height of 3 feet to the west of the fence. The easement granted herein
shall constitute an easement running with the land and shall burden the lands described
above.
