When the Special Magistrate asked the Respondent why he was so late, he stated he was confused about the date. The Special Magistrate stated the Investigator was no longer present and the case 19 July 1, 2008 had been heard earlier. She suggested the Respondent contact the Investigator to discuss options regarding compliance and explained if an agreement could not be reached, the Respondent could submit a written request for a Re-Hearing to Code Enforcement.
