COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZItiG PAY11ENT OF LIBRARY SYSTEM IMPACT
FEES, PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IMPACT
FEES, ROAD IMPACT FEES, EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES IMPACT FEES AND EDUCATIONAL

Wt1EREAS, Collier County has recognized and attempted to
address the lack of adequate and affordable housing for moderate,
low, and very-Io'l! income households in the County and the need
for creative and innovative programs to assist in the provision
of such housing hy including several provisions in the Collier
County Gro'dth r1anage17lent Plan, including: objective 1.4, policy
1.4.1; objective 1.5, policy 1.5.2, policy 1.5.3, policy 1.5.4,

WHEREAS, Collier County has received funding pursuant to the
State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program set forth in

Florida ^drninistr~tive Code; and
\'lHERE1,S, 1n accordance ~di th Call ier County Ordi:1ance No.
93-19, the County IS authorized to use funding [rom the State
Housing Initiatives Partnership [SHIP] proqram for waivers of
Collier COLlnty impact fees; nnd
\'IHERE1.:.,S, Inno}:alee rlon~Profit Housing, Inc. 1S seeking a
waiver of irnp~ct fees; and
WHEREAS, Immokalee Non-Profit Housing, Inc. will construct
one (1) three-bedroom unit (the ltDI,o/clling Unit") on Lot 24, Eden
Park 1st l\ddition Subdivision, Immokalee 'v/hich is proposed to
sell for Forty Thousand Doll.'lrs ($40,000.00); and
